2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. ja77ya conducts age verification checks during account registration using your provided mobile number and may request additional documentary evidence at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active ja77ya account. Duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times. Provision of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ja77ya staff will never ask for your password. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

2.5 Bangladesh Residency

The ja77ya Platform is designed for players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that your use of the Services complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed promptly upon completion of any applicable verification checks. Average processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is under five minutes from approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. ja77ya does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your mobile financial service or bank may apply their own transaction charges.

3 .4 Account Balance and Funds

Funds deposited into your ja77ya account are held for gaming purposes only. Your account balance does not accrue interest. Deposited funds may not be transferred between accounts. ja77ya is not a financial institution and your account is not a bank account. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any deposit or withdrawal that we consider unusual or suspicious.

3.5 Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a deposit does not credit to your account within 30 minutes of initiation, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. ja77ya will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours. Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transaction attempts will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any funds obtained thereby.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to registered, verified players in good standing. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who have previously self-excluded or had their accounts restricted are not eligible for bonuses during or after any restriction period without prior written approval from ja77ya.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated bonus winnings. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

4.3 Abuse and Fraud Prevention

ja77ya reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus, free bet, or promotional award where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that exploits promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with fair and legitimate play. Determinations made by ja77ya in this regard are final.

4.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

ja77ya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted by eligible players prior to the change, subject to the applicable terms at the time of acceptance.

5.1 Game Integrity and RNG

Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by ja77ya or by players. 5.2 Sportsbook and Cricket Betting

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security systems or access controls
• Match-fixing or any involvement in the corruption of sporting events
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity

5.4 Bet Confirmation and Disputes

A bet is only valid once confirmed and assigned a unique bet ID by our system. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the records held by ja77ya's servers shall be the definitive source of truth. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event settlement by emailing [email protected] with the bet ID and a clear description of the issue.

6.1 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

6.2 Session Time Reminders and Reality Checks

Players may set session duration reminders at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals. At each reminder interval, a pop-up will display the player's net session result. Players may choose to continue or end the session at that point. These tools are designed to promote self-awareness during gameplay.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

If we identify or suspect that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any balance held may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable law.

7.1 Service Availability

ja77ya endeavours to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. ja77ya will not be liable for any losses, missed betting opportunities, or inconvenience arising from Platform unavailability.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including server failures, disconnections, or software malfunctions — ja77ya reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. We are not liable for losses incurred as a result of a player's own internet connectivity issues or device failures.

7.3 Device and Browser Compatibility

The Platform is optimised for use on modern Android and iOS mobile browsers, including Chrome and Safari. ja77ya does not guarantee full functionality on older browser versions or unsupported devices. Players are responsible for ensuring their device and browser are compatible before depositing or placing bets.

9.1 No Warranties

The ja77ya Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ja77ya does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ja77ya, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. In all cases, ja77ya's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ja77ya and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Grounds for Account Action

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or cooling-off request from the account holder
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by or on behalf of a minor
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant)

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ja77ya with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

The failure of ja77ya to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of ja77ya to be effective.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of ja77ya. ja77ya may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without restriction and without notice to you.

12.5 Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
